Our Services

We offer both 1-2-1 and group sessions, where we use proven academic research in nature based therapeutic practices to help promote overall wellbeing with the aim to deepen one’s connection to the natural world.

  • Nasya's Breath has woven together eco-psychology, new pain research and works from the bio-psycho-social model. Our aim is to help clients tap into their parasympathetic nervous aka 'sooth' system, using practices such as mindfulness, forest bathing and a time to be heard and seen. Places are based on an initial assessment of suitability.

  • A 90-minute session 1-2-1 or as a group. This workshop is for those who are looking to take a step back from the business of life and deepen their connection to both the natural world and themselves. The sessions will include mindfulness, grounding and a space to forest bathe.
